Scheme Terms
  1. Monthly scheme amount options are ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹1,500, ₹2,000, ₹2,500, ₹3,000, ₹5,000, ₹7,000 and ₹10,000.
  2. The customer pays for 11 months.
  3. The amount will be credited as cash for the cash booking scheme.
  4. After completing 11 months, the customer can purchase silver jewellery in the 12th month against the accumulated cash amount. Silver rate will be fixed at the time of scheme closing.
  5. The customer has to pay 3% GST on the billing amount.
  6. The customer can purchase jewellery against accumulated cash without making charge and wastage, subject to scheme rules. GST should be borne by the customer.
  7. Cash will not be refunded. If the customer wants to discontinue, he/she can purchase jewellery only for the value of amount paid.
  8. If the customer discontinues before 11 months, wastage and making charges will apply. No offer will be given.
  9. If the customer chooses to buy more jewellery than the accumulated value, he/she has to pay wastage and making charges for the extra value.
  10. Customer cannot pay two times in a single month.
  11. If a customer skips one month payment, he/she cannot add and pay it in the next consecutive month.
  12. Selvi Silver Palace has all rights to change the scheme.
  13. All disputes are subject to Valliyoor jurisdiction.
Redemption Rules

Redemption is allowed only after 11 months. Only full redemption is permitted; partial redemption is not allowed. Redemption must be done at Selvi Silver Palace, Valliyoor. Customers can purchase only silver jewellery or silver coins under this plan. Custom jewellery is not allowed. GST, wastage and other applicable charges shall apply at redemption.

Terms & Notes

Valid ID proof is required for enrolment and redemption. Cash refund is not allowed. Plan ownership is non-transferable. The company may change the terms at its discretion. PAN card copy must be submitted at the time of purchase if the value exceeds the applicable limit as per government norms.
